This Release contains the Transaction to remove the vendor number preventing the lock for other users to execute the Inbound delivery creation.
This is to be done at cases when the Inbound Delivery Job is cancelled and there is a lock on that vendor to execute this program.
This Release also contains the description change of the Inbound Delivery creation of the program for CHR.
